Yke quality is there and the bulk size is handy. I bag it into separate small baggies and freeze it.

Needs a resealable zipper, like the big bag but I don’t always get to it in time. Great price, nice sized bag.

Great way to stock up. I transfer the cheese into quart freezer bags and freeze them. I than only thaw about 1 pound of cheese at a time.

Great cheese, big bag but last a long time! We have noticed for shredded cheese, there is no chalky/powdery residue.
