Much better value than grocery store. Price can’t be beat. I freeze quart sized bags & tack out as needed. Taste is good also

Yke quality is there and the bulk size is handy. I bag it into separate small baggies and freeze it.

The price was good and the taste ok but the shreds were clumpy and hard to spread evenly on recipes. Melt “factor” did not yield expected texture

This is the best shredded mozzarella cheese, not dry, easy to work with, taste great. I would recommend this brand and type always.

Great cheese, big bag but last a long time! We have noticed for shredded cheese, there is no chalky/powdery residue.
