Never finished this bag before it goes bad. Don't care much for the texture and size. Doesn't melt well.

This is easy to separate into quart bags, freeze, and use in smaller quantity for salad and cooking.

It was just ok. Did the job. I really liked the red bag whole milk version. That was awesome! Bring it back plz

Great cheese. Label description was excellent, moist and creamy, easy to use and store. Great tasting.

I LOVE this cheese - I use it in all my recipes that call for cheese. It has a slightly salty taste that brings the flavor out. Soooo good!

The flavor of this mozzarella is off. It just does not taste good. Morever, the (cheese) does not melt. That tells me it is NOT real cheese.

I use this is my salads almost everyday, thicker cuts of cheese and none of that dry, powdery residue like other shredded cheeses.

This is the best cheese to put on pizzas. Melts great. I freeze it in 10 ounce packages so it will stay fresh.

Doesn’t melt as easily as some much more expensive cheeses, but works well enough for a big casserole and at a good Sam’s price.

If you like Mozzarella cheese, this 5 pounder it what you need---very good stuff livening up other food---taste good by itself even!
