Super soft, tasty Mozzarella cheese. I love the big bag and will sometimes freeze it in smaller quantities. Even frozen, it thaws well and the product just as good. I use it on pizza, grilled veggies etc.

I'm always freezing this bag into servings for my use. This cheese holds up very well in flavor and texture after being thawed. I love this cheese and its value!

how can you not think this is great cheese for the money? i repackage in quart bags and freeze it...makes it easy to use and last a LONG time...so much cheaper than the small 8 0z packs at the grocery

Love this shredded Mozzarella! I use it in Italian dishes & on homemade pizza. I usually split the 5 pound package into 5 freezer bags. I keep 1 to use & freeze the others. Then I thaw when needed. The flavor never disappoints.

I typically make this purchase since we are on the low fat, low carb food guide. I only wished it would be shredded fine. I am not crazy about the thickness of this but it works for what we need. The pricing is good and the size lasts a while.

Purchased cheese because i make 4 trays of Lasagna every year for Christmas. I give away 3 trays of this old world recipe. This bag of cheese is high quality and works well for me. I actually had to get another 12 ounces from sister company.

This mozzarella is a high-quality it melts so evenly and amazing whether I’m making lasagna or putting it over the top of baked ziti stuffing chicken breast or making a spinach artichoke dip so many uses nice thick grated pieces

I buy this and separate into 1 pound bags that I vacuum seal and freeze. Excellent value for a good product. Melts well. Great for pizza night and much more.
