I love this part-skim Mozzarella to make pizza or as a topping on the super pretzels! Not oily, so can pile high!

Good flavor, good texture, good price. Be careful it tends to go bad if you don't use it quickly or freeze it right away.

I LOVE this cheese - I use it in all my recipes that call for cheese. It has a slightly salty taste that brings the flavor out. Soooo good!

Much better value than grocery store. Price can’t be beat. I freeze quart sized bags & tack out as needed. Taste is good also

This cheese is a good quality. This bag was a tiny bit dry. It's the first time this has happened. Great for mixing in sauce that will add moisture.
