Delicious and economical. It is unfortunate that the cheese clumps together too much. I would also prefer smaller shreds.

It is always nice to have on hand for pasta dishes, to spruce up pizzas, and to top a morning omelette!

those package are just right size to make pizza feeding a troop. I have been making pizza for years as I feed my family of 11 children and many more grandkids...

This cheese compares to brand names in all aspects other than it tends to clump more. It melts beautifully and tastes very good. We made pizzas with it and lasagna and it did well for both.

This was our first time using this brand. For some reason, this mozzarella was too wet. Used it to make pizzas and in soups but it ruined the pizzas (4) and it seemed to make the soup more bland rather than add any flavor.

Love this cheese for pizza. I keep it frozen until ready to use then just put it on (often still frozen but broken apart). No more shredding required. Great taste!!

I’m very upset that you are no longer carrying the blocks of real mozzarella cheese. I do not like cellulose(saw dust) and whatever the other chemical that is used to preserve and prevent clumping.

So it's like shredded chunks, so it melts beautifully for pizza, nice and thick. I'm no cheese somalier but to me it's way better than any pre-shredded mozzarella I've used before.

Great value for the price! Some other family members recommended this to us for our homemade pizzas. It’s a great value and delicious. We’ve used it in many recipes. We will definitely buy again!
