We love this cheese. It lasts a long time so I freeze it in batches in small freezer bags and thaw as needed. We use it to make pizza and the flavor is great.

Best cheese ever! It’s so much richer and saltier than any other mozzarella cheese brand out there. It melts so easily and doesn’t have that plasticky taste just other shredded cheeses have.

I have been buying this cheese for years. I put it in smaller freezer bags when I get home. It freezes very well. It has a great taste and isn’t coated with the corn starch or whatever it is they use on many shredded cheeses.

Mozzarella cheese is in a large bag and is separated into 5 or 6 bags for homemade food its healthier to eat at home. This is also wonderful to have in your freezer it lasts for 3 to 4 months.

Great cheese for all things you use mozzarella for. Does not reseal once it’s open so prepare to clip the bag closed or put into a different bag/container

those package are just right size to make pizza feeding a troop. I have been making pizza for years as I feed my family of 11 children and many more grandkids...

This cheese compares to brand names in all aspects other than it tends to clump more. It melts beautifully and tastes very good. We made pizzas with it and lasagna and it did well for both.

Wow! Who knew all mozzarella was not created equal! My fam of 7 makes homemade pizzas on occasion for dinner and this large bag worked just right instead of buying several smaller bags at a local grocery store. A little goes a long way and it melts soooo nicely and even browns a little too. This was the best our pizzas came out! Didn’t know we were missing out! This is our go-to cheese now! Happy to hear it freezes well, because I’ll be trying that too.
