This mozzarella has incredible flavor and melts wonderfully! It’s our new favorite. I separate it into a couple of bags and freeze it, since we always like to be stocked up on mozzarella for homemade meals. This one doesn’t contain cellulose for anticaking which I appreciate and makes it super melt-able.

Used this for lasagna & chicken parm and it looked watery when I pulled it out of the oven

Would not recommend it becomes like if you had gum in a big chunck

I like the product but the price is too high! It jumped from $11+ to $16+ and was $15+ when I bought this one.

The texture of the cheese was a little rubbery. It also didn’t melt very well for our lasagna and homemade pizzas. Will not be purchasing again.

Too much filler added. Doesn’t taste much like mozzarella. This used to be a good product at Sam’s.
