Love the pergola. Looks great take an longer to put together than noted. Allow about 1/2 day. We did have missing parts and are still waiting for them or to be acknowledged , so than is a problem. Appears to be made in China so waiting response from there? It arrived earlier than noted , delivered in about a week. 2 boxes both very heavy. We do like it and would order again. But wish all the parts were there or ha Deb a better resolution for replacement.

I had bought the Gazebo on display in the store, & paid to have it put up-well worth the $$. Then SAMS sent me an email about outdoor items on sale! I saw this & wanted a Pergola in the front patio because of the SUN here in OKC. Ok. but I didn't want to loose the winter sun. It was on sale for almost 1/2. I bought TWO. It took me several days, I layed it out on the lawn to assemble parts of it on some cardboard. It is HEAVY, & the damage comes from the DELIVERY GUY..to heavy for one person, the strapping is what is causing the "dent". Mine was very minimal. I had to have help standing it up, & connecting the pieces, (used a tall ladder to help prop it up), & leaned one side against the house. I had trouble w/ONE screw, I gave up trying to use it, & the next screw was fine.(screw was messed up) the rest went together w/no problems. You have to follow the directions in the order they are written, otherwise you will be backtracking. I LOVE THEM...for the $$ I got a HECK OF A DEAL. thank you SAMS!

I was very surprised to see that this pergola is iron, not wood. One experienced person put it together and it took him more than nine hours. There are lots of pieces and extra screws when done. It's large enough to put a bistro table with six chairs and a table with six chairs under it. I'm very pleased with this purchased.

Built sturdy,instructare easy to comprehend, it really made my deck standout.

Like it so far, my husband put it together by himself in about 5 hrs with a little ingenuity

Lovely color. 12 parts were missing but Sam’s is on top of it and half the parts have arrived quickly. Takes much longer to assemble than what they say. Not bad just time consuming.

This pergola is beautiful! We have been looking for a pergola that is not only beautiful but is also sturdy. This is it. The assembly instructions are easy to read and assembly went smoothly.

Attractive, looks like picture. Good delivery, great service. It is well designed and has good curtain design - like being able to adjust areas shaded. The assembly time is very optimistic ! We assembled it over a couple of days (late starts) with two people and three ladders. There were no parts missing and the pieces went together well. Only criticism is the rollers sometimes get stuck at the rail joints. Will have to check them out when I get time.
