Terrible. Super loud. Did I mention…. Obnoxiously loud? It cool but it’s sounds like it’s an about to fall apart. The customer service was atrocious. Thank God I bought through Sam’s club so I don’t have to argue about why I am returning. I am returning and going with LG since I have no issues with any LG air conditioners I’ve purchased

I purchased this window unit when i moved to the phoenix area and let me tell you! i had little faith as its for one bedroom that doesnt have a vent from the central ac already installed for the home. This little guy certainly keeps up with this 114/115 degree weather we've been having. Yes its loud and we have it set at 78 doesnt change either stays right at 78. It makes the room feel cooler than the rest of the house. I love my window unit from midea!!

I bought this for a small guest bedroom that is well within the square footage suggestions. The unit lacks the ability to cool the room more than 3 degrees from the outside temperature. The unit would run nonstop and drink power while making lot of noise. A $20 box fan moves more air and cools about the same.

I'm updating an earlier review. Run. I ended up buying an LG in the same size. The LG had the room to temp (66 on a 74 day) within an hour on eco mode. The midea couldn't get to temp not on eco mode (aka full cool). I just left Sam's from returning it. This is my second failed midea on 2 years. I'm done with them. Spend extra on a nice unit/different brand.

This a great room ac. cools really good. Easy to install and most of all a good price for your budget. Has a dehumidifier which is also great. It is a little heavier than expected. Remote also has the digital temperature on it which other units do not have. I am really surprised about this unit

This AC unit doesn't seem to cool to good. Considering taking it back.
