Nice little window air conditioner that is easy to install with minimal tools, just a screwdriver. Assembles with two people within about 10 to 15 minutes. Power cord with a built-in GFI breaker. And we'll keep you cool in the hottest day it is perfect for a 10x12 room. Only had the product for about a week and a half, let's see how finishes out the season. Hope you find this review helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised with this A/C. It's very compact, fairly quiet, and blows ice cold air. We installed this in my son's south facing bedroom and it is keeping his 200 sq foot room nice and cool. It's a great unit with an affordable price.

This was purchased as a gift for my Sister in Law who is a Senior Citizen and has had heart related problems to help her cope with the hot Summer Days ahead.

Works well cooling our room. The only drawback is it's a little noisy, especially with the eco tab on.

The remote didn't work properly, and spent 30 minutes online trying to resolve issues with no avail. The display panel is dimly lit and unless your eyes are in direct alignment with the panel nearly impossible to see.

It works pretty good in my small bedroom. I wouldn't get this if you have a large room to cool. Really hot days it has a more difficult time cooling but it is still able to cool it down okay

He had to return it and got another and it won't allow to cool lower than 74° setting but not cooling the room. ..it says can set to 62... Hes wanting to return this one also. We have a different make and model in our bedroom hardly ever use it as we have a new home, but it works perfectly. Sorry, I rarely give a 1 star.

Very, very disappointed with Sam's. Went into the El Monte Sam's to purchase the AC, and you were out of them. I immediately got online to order it, and it said it would be delivered that same day. I thought wow now that's what I call service. Long story short it never arrived. I called and asked for a refund two weeks later and I have yet to receive my refund. Needless to say I am very upset and disappointed!

I'm so disappointed in this air conditioner window unit. its so loud we had to turn the t.v. up loud just to hear it over the noise. i should of returned it .

Bought a new AC off the shelf drive 2hrs to my daughter's college to find it it was a returned item previously missing parts and dirty.
