Remote issues

Bought 2 Midea acs and BOTH have remote issues. The remotes work when they want. Frustrating. Considering returning due to this

Midea- no thank you

This unit is so loud. I have it in my bedroom and it's hard to sleep even on low. The vents don't rotate up and down to get the air where I need it. I bought it to replace the other one that quit. The other one I never heard.
