Midea- no thank you

This unit is so loud. I have it in my bedroom and it's hard to sleep even on low. The vents don't rotate up and down to get the air where I need it. I bought it to replace the other one that quit. The other one I never heard.

It cools

It cools. The compressor is stupid loud though and makes an annoying sound. I really don't expect it to make it past the summer, much like our last Midea, but hey, it's what Sam's sells. Easy to sell the most units a year (Mideas claim to fame) when they need replaced yearly. Maybe next year I'll splurge on an LG or Toshiba.
