It is an ok unit

It works ok but sometimes the fan is noisy and it fills up with water in the bottom. We tilted it as much as the window would allow but nothing drains out. Wouldn't buy again

When the unit is installed, it should be tilted three-quarters of an inch (3/4") backward. The unit has an internal drain tray, and when it reaches full capacity, it overflows and drains through the grills of the unit. Horribly Loud

Sounds like a jet engine trying to take off in my bedroom. Sleep? Not with this AC revving all night. Returning it before it starts demanding a co-pilot.

dont buy

cooling capasity poor. remote works somtimes. controls modes are crap worst ac i have ever owned im 70 yrs old. total garbage. lots of luck. sams club has become a joke . ..
