The rotisserie chicken is great however I have ordered it three times with grocery pickup due to Mobility being impaired right now with an entry. It was $50 worth of chicken and three orders. Not once did they put them in my order and they did not show up as not being in the orders. When I addressed it, they said I would have to come in to get a refund. But in the order it shows that they're delivered. I don't think they even go back there to check. This used to never happen but the last three times I ordered this was the case. They said they serve the people in the store first and there were never any left when they went back there. I do not believe it. And they should not have charged me for

Bought on April 21st curbside pickup. The chicken was burnt; Skin was black and charred. Too far to return so it was trashed. I pay extra for my membership for free curbside pickup for health reasons. Sams needs to get pickers that care it was easy to see it was burnt. Un like the sushi that looked good but was sour. Do I need to try and stand by my car and look at everything as the load it?

We just cut into the rotisserie chicken we purchased this morning and it is not thoroughly cooked and bloody around the joints. I suspect it was not brought up to a safe temperature for consumption so we would like a refund for this. Very disappointed

Bought a chicken that was just taken out of the rotisserie. Got home and was very disappointed because it was tasteless. We use to buy Sam's Club Rotisserie Chicken all the time and it was very tasty months ago. By looking at the reviews here, I may not be buying this chicken again.

Ive never been a fan of rotisserie chicken but my daughter in law recommened this so we tried it. It is terriffic ! Especially if you get it right off of the roasting rack. It keeps a long time when properly refrigerated. Makes the best chicken and rice you could ever want. And at just over $5 its a bargain than cant be beat !

Curbside pickup (young white male) played a cruel joke at my family expense by giving me a black burnt throughout chicken.Whole chicken was BLACK, forced me in a 40-minute wait for a BLACK BURNT chicken. He gave another car the chicken he had, then went & got a BLACK burnt chicken for me Oct 2, 2023 4:17-5 pm.

I hadn't shopped at Sam's in a few years but went recently. I saw several people getting the rotisserie chicken and thought it was a good price, so I bought one. It was very good! I used the remaining chicken to make chicken salad. Very, very, good! I will definitely purchase another one on my next trip to Sam's.

This rotisserie chicken I thought was great for the price. When I got it home I started de boning it and I got lots of chicken off of it but the texture was weird. Best way I can explain is rubbery. Like any store you buy some things and skip on others. This chicken is cheap i would recommend buying it and making chicken salad sandwiches or make a soup out of it.

No Comparison! Living in Central Florida, we usually shop at the local Publix Store. They are nice, a little on the pricy side, but they rung attractive BOGO Deals every week. My wife likes their roasted Mojo Chicken, and she will get one when she is too busy to cook. Last week she bought one and we were both disappointed that it looked like a capon and not a full-grown chicken. Hardly fed the two of us. Yesterday, she texted me to pick up a chicken for dinner. I happened to be at Sam's. When I saw the size and the price it was a no brainer. Not only did it feed both of us, it also provided enough left-over meat for her to make Chicken Salad. Why 4-stars? It's just very plain, little or no seasoning. If our closest Sam's wasn't 11 miles away, in a heavy traffic area, I would opt for the Sam's Chicken 100% of the time.
