Always consider Sams rotisserie chickens a good value compared to other stores. This time though discovered a fly (alive) inside the package when loading into car. Opened pkg up to let it fly away so it wouldn't be inside the chicken when we served it. Not sure how Sams can fix this exactly. There are several flying insect traps on the market, maybe installing one in the prep area? I'll still buy rotisserie chickens here, will just be more observant when picking them up next time.

Meat is great quality. Juicy not greasy or breaded. Thankfully. Whats awesome is after you get bid home and peel it apart the chicken tastes A+ refridgerated for over 14 days. At least mine have. Awesome for any boxrd helper meals, on top of salads, fried with eggs etc. Versatile little birdie.

I frequently buy at least one of these tasty and perfectly roasted birds. At home, I debone them and use the meat for a prepared dish that night and still have enough left for another dish later. And I simmer the delicious skin and the bones for a wonderful broth with many uses. Tastier than store bought broths by a mile!

You can’t beat the price and there’s so much meat, you have to get creative with the leftovers. Not a problem, though. I would’ve given 5 stars but the competition makes better ones. Sam’s can be a little dry at times. Still very much a solid buy for a quick meal.

The very best rotisserie chicken ever! I picked up my groceries at Sam's for the first time and the young person delivering them ran back in the store and brought me a fresh, hot, HUGE chicken right from the deli. I was so pleased! This is the most amazing rotisserie chicken I've ever purchased and I'll buy all my chickens from Sam's in the future.

For some time, there were never any chickens on the shelves, so we’d have to go across the street to the other club. Sam’s chickens taste better though, so we prefer these. Combined with easier parking and Scan n Go, it is so much simpler. We get 4+ meals out of one.

I was buying a rotisserie chicken once a week. Then I found out that rotisserie chickens have carrageenan in them. I called the main company about it, but have not received a reply. Carrageenan causes IBS problems and can even lead to intestinal cancer. I’m done buying these until I hear if Sam’s rotisserie chickens are free of this.

Sam's has always had the best rotisserie chicken. The chickens are bigger than in other grocery stores. They are always cooked to perfection. By the time I cut all the chicken off the bone, I've eaten enough for a meal. Sam's chicken salad is made from the rotisserie chicken and makes a great sandwich. Or just on crackers with some dill pickles. Sometimes I go late enough and find the meat department has cut up the whole chickens and I can buy a package of just legs or just breasts. They sell fast that way so I can't always find any left.

Before writing a review on this chicken, I have bought several times to make sure they are always good...AND they are!!! I try to buy soon before serving, but this chicken is also very good the next day. We like it as a stand-alone entree or to make casseroles. It is SO much better than boiled chicken in a casserole. When you used boiled chicken in a casserole, you don't really taste it; but, when using this rotisserie chicken, you taste the great chicken with just a slight bit of seasoning.

honestly if i didn’t think they were 5 stars i wouldn’t buy the item…. anyways much bigger and better than the “C competition” and the ones at their own “W stores” are embarrassing small compared to these…. of course they do use them as a draw to get customers in the store…. but i don’t care about that…. they are awesome
