Purchased and took home. I took the chicken apart and we ate the drumsticks and dark meat and refrigerated the rest of chicken Within 1 hour husband had to visit bathroom. I started to feel some discomfort , 1 hour later I am throwing up in the bathroom with diarrhea. The next morning I took the container out of the outside trash But noticed pink slime on the dark side meat of the chicken. I know it was hot out. But why was there only pink stuff on the dark meat area The area where we at the chicken from. Returned the chicken that morning

For this price point in Fall 2023 ~ 4.99 a person cannot be the value! The chicken is delicious! We get this 1-2 times weekly! It is cheaper than restaurant meals and we can eat it for a few days! We make salads, sandwiches, use the bones for broth, give the skin to the chicken coop next door - win-win! The best part is it’s NOW available for curb pick-up! Sam’s is a life saver for a busy family with this service and this rotisserie chicken and price point! We joke that Sam’s is our restaurant b/c we get so much quality food there!

These chickens are always so juicy! This one was decent but the dark meat was a bit pink so I had to finish it in a pan w some chicken stock. Not about to eat undercooked chicken. Other than that it was juicy, tasty n well seasoned. Saved some for the next day for dinner n salad.

We tend to live on these chickens, especially if we're busy. There are 2 of us & we get several meals out of it. Try making chicken salad & add sliced grapes...red or green. It's good. Great for quick meals where you would normally have to bake the bird 1st. You can't buy & bake a chicken for this price & it's most appreciated!

The very best rotisserie chicken ever! I picked up my groceries at Sam's for the first time and the young person delivering them ran back in the store and brought me a fresh, hot, HUGE chicken right from the deli. I was so pleased! This is the most amazing rotisserie chicken I've ever purchased and I'll buy all my chickens from Sam's in the future.

So good and oh so flavorful….and they’re huge. We eat these rotisserie chickens in so many ways…..from eating it sliced with veggies to chicken salad. I can’t imagine taking the time to cook one of these anymore…..Sam’s has definitely spoiled me. And, too, these are so healthy…..packed with protein and nutrients….just what we need. Thank you, Sam’s!

rotisserie chicken is fantastic -- moist, tender, tasty; rotisserie ribs, however, are horrible -- overdone, dry, way under-seasoned (only way I could eat them was to add seasoning and put in foil with more sauce and some water wrapped in foil and put in a 325 oven to steam and add some moisture to the meat

Love that chicken!!!!! This is the best deal in town, a LARGE chicken, perfectly seasoned and cooked to a golden brown all for $4.98!!!! One Sam's chicken will feed 3 adults dinner and have enough chicken left to make chicken salad! One of my favorite fast meals.

I usually buy 5 or 6 of these chickens. They are HUGE! The price is so cheap. I take them home, eat one for dinner and debone the rest. I choose them up and place them in my freezer for future meals. Fajita, chicken soft tacos, chicken and rice, chicken and dumpling, etc.

This was a large chicken and it looked very tasty! Unfortunately, I had to dispose of it before it had been consumed. The chicken was raw inside. It has not been cooked enough or the temperature was incorrect during the cooking phase. I was very disappointed wih this purchase. Because of food poisoning, etc, the chickens need to be monitored mre carefully.
