When the chicken is cooked done it’s fine but lately every other chicken I’ve bought has been undercooked to the point it’s bloody. Sam’s is good about giving refund when chicken is undercooked but then I have to find something else for dinner. Defeats the purpose of ordering a cooked chicken.

We got a chicken a couple weeks ago, which was very undercooked und unsafe to eat. I reported this through the Sam's app, but I haven't received a response or a refund. Management does not seem to care and continues to undercook the chicken per reviews.

I really enjoyed these chickens but lately I've had to cut up the chicken and roast the leg and thighs as they are always bloody. Also, sodium is way too high so for these reasons I do not buy them any longer. Sam's club needs to reduce the sodium and find a way to cook chicken all the way thru then I will buy again.

sometimes the chicken is great and other times awful. I have received chicken that was so underdone that the juices were red. this time the chicken was burnt until it was black. I have my items delivered so I am at the mercy of the shoppers to send good products. this time was the worst. the skin was absolutely black and the wing looked like charcoal.my recommendation is to buy at the store so you can pick out your own chicken. no more ordering for me. I tried to upload the photo but it won't let me for some reason.

I wanted to ask if they took the chicken straight from the slaughter to the rotisserie grill! There were enormous feathers still lodged in the wing! Obviously didn't clean a thing. It won't let be upload a picture but the feathers were no less that an inch and a half long! No way they didn't see them!

Our local Samsclub puts out every chicken so overcooked and blackened skin that it is tough, chewy and dried out. Doesn't matter if you order for delivery first thing in morning or late in day - they've subjected the chickens to being so overcooked the meat is drawn up on the legs and it's tough to eat. Used to be perfect up until a few months ago - they didnt' have them available for awhile and since then, nothing but overcooked bird.

I love the size and price of the Sam's Member's Mark Rotisserie Chicken, however, the last couple of times I purchased them through Pick-up, they haven't been cooked enough, they were pink at the chicken breast area by the bone, and they were red by the legs, thighs and wings. The flavor and texture completely change when I have to come home and put the chicken in the oven to get done once I've cut it and found out it was definitely NOT 165 degrees inside.

Just purchased a Rotisserie Chicken from Auburn Hills location and the chicken is bloody and undercooked. This is disgusting and needs to be fixed. Either replace the person cooking or do something because obviously I’m not the first person that’s experienced this.

Sam’s club has the best roasted chicken anywhere, and that includes fine’s restaurants. I buy at least two chickens a week from Sam’s. You can take the meat off the bone and make chicken Alfredo, chicken spaghetti, or just enjoy the flavorful meat on a plate with delicious sides. The chickens are, in my opinion, in the top 5 items Sam’s Clib sells

Chicken was scrawny and burned. Was delivered to car without any outer package cover (bag) and so was cold and without any liquid inside. It was chosen by whomever was tasked with filling my very first curbside order. I would have never selected this item.
