I would not recommend anymore. It used to be a great fresh tasting chicken salad with large chunks of chicken. Now it reminds me of the texture of tuna fish, but just me with chicken. There’s plenty of other products on the market that I could buy that I like that.

For some reason the chicken salad is finely grounded up mushy chicken now. It used to have chucks of chicken, celery, mayo. Now it has no taste, and might as well be a spread. My husband and I felt sick after eating too. I wont buy the new version again.

This chicken salad used to be a staple in my house, but the new recipe is absolutely terrible. Instead of full chunks of rotisserie chicken with a light dressing and savory flavor it is now a mushy, shredded-chicken mess with too much dressing and weird sweet taste. I can see why my club had it on sale. I will not be purchasing it again.

I didn’t know what was going on when the fresh chicken salad was absent from our local Sam’s for a few weeks, and I was so excited when it was once again available. However, this is not the chicken salad that we loved for so many years. So disappointing! It’s really wet, too much mayo, and tastes like/has the texture of canned chicken. I’m not sure what happened, but I’d be willing to pay more to bring the old recipe back. It was a household favorite, but I won’t buy it again if it stays this way. Back to Fresh Market chicken salad for us.

This item has been changed as of a few months ago. The chicken is not as chunky, the celery is cut smaller and they are using a different mayonnaise now. I was buying this every time I went to shop and sometimes the only reason I went. The other options in the cooler are not a good choice either. Employees and the company in general just don't care as long as they can make a few cents more by using cheaper ingredients or suppliers.

I purchased the chicken salad and while I normally enjoy it...This time it was awful the chicken was shredded. normally it is not..The taste was awful..Perhaps a new receipe.. It was truly awful..Sadly I will never buy again..I threw it out..Almost 14.00 down the drain..

Why change something was so amazing!?!? I am beyond disappointed in this new recipe!!! It is so gross now. Why add sweet relish!?! And the chicken is also terrible. It does not seem like a rotisserie chicken like the old one was. Please change it back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why did the recipe change?!?! This used to be my absolute favorite. Simple and yummy with just green onions in it. Now it has eggs, celery, and a bunch of spices - may work for others, but personally just not my cup of tea. Please bring back to original recipe!!!

Very strong flavor on the salty side. Most chicken salads have varying sweetness, this had none.

Purred not shredded. Too wet and soupy
