I'm a fan of this ready to eat chicken salad. I add some "Slap your Mama" seasoning for a bit of a kick and place scoop onto a slice bread or add to my green salad.

It's OK, but I always add dried cranberries and almonds or pecans. Otherwise, to me it is too plain; maybe has too much mayo?? Even the smallest package is always too much for me as well since I live alone.

I really liked this rotisserie chicken salad because it was not too heavy with mayonnaise & had celery, etc. in it. It was delicious served with fresh fruit &/or on a leafy lettuce salad. I certainly plan to buy it again the next time I go to Sam's.

We enjoyed the pre-packaged chicken salad with cranberries & nuts in it much better.
