I picked the smallest container of the product and it seemed like it was mainly made up of the bottom of the batch. It was mostly white sauce and little vegetable chunks, very little chicken. It seemed like the bottom of the batch bowl scrapings. I expected better, and was a little embarrassed after I opened it and tried it at the party I brought it to.

I have been buying this Chicken Salad for a long time because it was a classic recipe, not loaded with extra ingredients. Just a pure, classic delicious Chicken Salad. The last time, the recipe appeared to have changed. Perhaps it was the mayonnaise, definitely the seasoning, but not the classic. I hope you reconsider and return to the original recipe. Thank you.

Something was off with this batch. I have purchased Sam’s chicken salad for years and have received a consistent recipe. This batch had a different flavor, texture of chicken, and no crunch to the celery. Was a different mayonnaise used? Seasoning? The chicken was finely shredded. Just things were off. I doctored it up with my own seasoning and other ingredients as I had no time to return for 4th of July weekend.

The chicken salad has changed. It use to have large pieces of chicken and good ingredients and flavor. I bought three packages for a party. They all were heavy on the mayo/dressing and the chicken seemed ground. Very disappointed. Won’t do that again When you spend $30 you expect quality.

Ive gotten it before and ive liked it,but this batch was way too saucy.The mayonnaise was liquid and i guess the chicken was so over "food procecessed" that it was like biting into a creamy chicken paste.it did have pea sized pieces of celery though

I have bought this chicken salad on numerous occasions and have always been satisfied. Last time that I bought it, it was very mushy with no chunks of chicken.. kind of like somebody put it in a food processor and had a more sour mayonnaise taste. Not edible at all in my opinion.

I would have given it a -0. I am not sure who's bright idea it was to change the recipe for your wonderful chicken salad and turned it into a replica of tuna salad only it's made with chicken. I am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I loved that chicken salad. It is ruined. Most of my family has enjoyed it as well because I have purchased it for many years. Tried twice, I will not buy anymore.

This product has always been a favorite of ours we get it almost everytime we shop at our store. This time we got it something had changed it doesnt taste the same as it use to wasnt made the same. This time it tasted more like the normal old chicken salad that you get at the normal grocery store that is mass produced. Definitely was made for quantity nit quality

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent purchase of the Member's Mark Rotisserie Chicken Salad. I have been buying this salad regularly for a long time, but it is clear that the recipe has recently been changed. The texture and flavor are completely different from the high-quality salad I usually look forward to getting every week. It is a real shame because it used to be a reliable favorite, but unfortunately, I won't be picking it up again unless they change it back.

The chicken salad spoiled prior to the expiration date and it had been refrigerated the entire time after getting it home after shopping. This is the first time this has happened and I have purchased this typebof salad on numerous ocassions in several different cities that I have lived in and shopped at Sams Club.
