I picked the smallest container of the product and it seemed like it was mainly made up of the bottom of the batch. It was mostly white sauce and little vegetable chunks, very little chicken. It seemed like the bottom of the batch bowl scrapings. I expected better, and was a little embarrassed after I opened it and tried it at the party I brought it to.

Chicken salad is good except way to much salt! A lady beside me warned me about it being to salty but thought I would try it myself! She was correct to much salt! Otherwise it would be great!

The recipe seems to have changed and not a fan of sweet pickle relish in the chicken salad. Please remive it.

Something was off with this batch. I have purchased Sam's chicken salad for years and have received a consistent recipe. This batch had a different flavor, texture of chicken, and no crunch to the celery. Was a different mayonnaise used? Seasoning? The chicken was finely shredded. Just things were off. I doctored it up with my own seasoning and other ingredients as I had no time to return for 4th of July weekend.

This chicken salad was previously made of hand pulled chicken and just a small amount of mayonnaise. Now the chicken seems to be finely ground and overloaded with mayonnaise. Would not purchase again.

When I first tasted the chicken salad, I thought man, that is really salty. I only took a big tablespoon initially because I was going to serve it for dinner. When I gave it to my husband for dinner, he thought it was really salty as well. I ended up calling Sam’s that night and asking if I could return it and I did. In general it seems like it would’ve been good but it was just briney.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent purchase of the Member's Mark Rotisserie Chicken Salad. I have been buying this salad regularly for a long time, but it is clear that the recipe has recently been changed. The texture and flavor are completely different from the high-quality salad I usually look forward to getting every week. It is a real shame because it used to be a reliable favorite, but unfortunately, I won't be picking it up again unless they change it back.

Was looking for a good chicken salad. What I found was finely shredded chicken with an abundance of dressing and little other seasoning. First, the texture was off. It felt more like tuna than chicken. There was plenty of dressing and not in a good way. What was missing was taste, it was simply bland. Do not recommend, will not buy again.

This used to be go-to awesome, now... not so much. It's either too salty, or just out and out bland. The chicken doesn't have nearly as much flavor as it used to, it now tastes like defrosted frozen week-old dry chicken, mayo, and celery. Honestly, at $5.99 per lb., it's just not worth it.

Your chicken salad is a staple in our home and has been for years. This last time we bought it (July 3) something has drastically changed. First, it was watery with very few chicks of chicken but worse than that the recipe is different, the taste is totally off. It tastes more like my grandma’s traditional chicken salad and NOT in a good way, it isn’t savory anymore, tastes more like pickle juice. I’m begging you please go back to the old recipe. You’ve also ruined the kale salad that we also used to but all the time but it has so many chucks of kale stalk that are inedible we don’t buy it anymore. We pay a premium for these freshly prepared items, please stop cutting corners and make them the right way.
