Beautifully Marbled, tender and very flavorful

These well-marbled steaks looked so good, but they were a huge disappointment.

Above average marbling. Np better price than other outlets.

It could be improved; the tough fat running through the middle of the cut can be unpleasant when cooked medium or medium-rare.
