Above average marbling. Np better price than other outlets.

These were less than average. It felt like we purchased sirloin steak and not Prime-prime rib!

It could be improved; the tough fat running through the middle of the cut can be unpleasant when cooked medium or medium-rare.

Excellent product at a great price. Usually only a couple of dollars per pound more than choice grade and worth the difference.

These Prime cut steaks are just the right cut and they are delicious. You have to make sure you get the Ribeye's in the blue tray, not the black.
