Delicious ribeye steaks. Can split one easily between 2 people. A lot of food for the price. The quality is amazing.

Mostly great. Tender, good flavor. One of the steaks had quite a bit of gristle. But others were perfectly marbled.

Standard Black Angus beef from the case is better than the other guys’ prime cuts for the price of choice.

These steaks are cut thicker than grocery store stakes. This allows me to cook to the correct tempature.
