Just the right thickness to be able to cook rare to medium rare . I use the Ninja Foodie put the steak in frozen. Cook 7 minutes then turn over and cook 5-6 minutes comes out perfect.

I won't be buying my steaks from Sam's again. To me, rib eye is one of the most flavorful of steaks and I didn't find that to be the case with the ones I bought at Sam's. I wasn't impressed.

Beef has skyrocked 50% in 2 years. This meat is good, but is getting tougher to chew each year. So it seems with price increase of 50%, the meat would be 30% better. Sams needs to work on this.

Since the cattle prices have gone up so much in the past few years I've had to switch to thin cut rib eyes and reduce the frequency. Sam's has great meat prices the best around with quality cuts..

I have been buying this for many years. You can't find a better steak at that price. Every now and then I get one that is like shoe leather, but most of the time they are tender and full of juice

The USDA Choice ribeye steaks at Sam's are one of our favorites. The meat is of great quality and the sizes are just right. We usually stock up and freeze some so we always have them around. Absolutely great for grilling!

the ribeyes have gotten too small to even consider. I'll be going to the meat market to get my ribeyes from here on out. I used to get my ribeyes here every week.
