Tough ribeyes

We eat these often and they are normally very good. Both of these steaks were tough and full of gristle. In the center park where it should be lean. A total waste of $50.

Extremely delicious!

For dinner guest almost exclusively buy my ribs steaks from Sam's Club, they've absolutely never let me down! You may want to try marinating the steaks, I use about a teaspoon of A1 on each side of the steak spread thin followed by a quarter cup for each side of the steak of The thick Italian dressing that they sell in the gallon containers. It's very inexpensive and turns out very good I also use that Italian dressing for the chicken that I barbecue

Horrible! Tough, full of gristle! Dont buy

Horrible. Adrenaline filled gristly tough meat. There is no way this is usda choice! Its a sick milk cow hit by a tractor! It tasted like horse meat? No dark color, grilled up tough, tried cooking it, grilling it, still inedible . These were always great at Sams, our Sams must get a new meat guy. At this price, you shoukd get a great steak. Not here. I got road kill! So tough we had trouble cutting it with steak knife. My kids choked with all the strings of gristle! So we gave it to our Dog (big dog) the dog gagged threw up! So disappointed. This used to be so good! No a HUGE waste of money. We got it for pickup. We also got expired sushi, expired Sams hogie rolls. Total waste

Cheapest and awesome

These steaks are the cheapest ribeye I have seen. Kroger, walmart and Meijer sell there's between $10 and $14 per pound. Yet member's mark is way better quality. I turn the grill on and wait about 15 minutes when the temp is around 500 and stick it on there. I haven't timed it. I cook them to b/w medium and medium well. They are awesome tasting. They are even better than longhorn and i say that bc I use the longhorn steak seasoning.

great quality

I consider myself an expert on steak quality and knowing what to look for in a great steak. These ribeyes have great marbling that you find in prime beef and for an unbelievable price. Grill at 500 degrees for about 2 minutes on each side for a great medium steak. Try a little dales steak seasoning along with garlic powder and black pepper at room temp for about an hour before putting on the fire. Yum! I
