Little too grizzly

Steaks were very good - we are almost always pleased with the Sam’s steaks - and price is better than other places and they are better quality - I would recommend

The steaks had a very good taste. I’ve had better quality steaks but for the money, it was a good steak. I do wish Sam’s carried a higher grade of meat.

Perfect thickness, great marbling, nice trim, and great flavor. I use the sous vide method for cooking with kosher salt, freshly ground pepper, olive oil, garlic, and thyme. I finish the steaks with a propane torch to crisp the outside. Perfection!

Excellent quality and taste. We came to Sam’s for the meat years ago and are staying because of the quality. Of course the price is very high. Meat is high all over. If I’m going to pay this price I want good quality. Sam’s has it.

I found that Sam’s Club’s ribeyes are incredibly tender! I RARELY bought steak before, but now that I’ve found these at Sam’s, I buy them EVERY time I grocery shop!

Worst ribeye steaks I've ever had. I guess it was just luck of the draw. Typically I like to get all my beef from Sam's. This time these steaks were terrible.

Ribeye steak is my favorite usually but these were flavorless and tough. I may need to find another place to get my meats. I had leftovers that I ended up throwing away as they were so bad.

Used to be Sam’s’s meat department was a reliable source for quality meat at a fair price. Not anymore. The steaks I bought were just ok in terms of marbling, cut, and selection. I had to dig through dozens to find even that! Package after package of one good steak and two bad ones. Huge fat chunks, cut like a door stop so guaranteed not to cook evenly. And don’t get me started on how Sam’s is packaging chicken. Disgusting!

Was very disappointed. Was way tougher than I expected. New to Sam’s steaks, our first purchase was New York strips and they were pretty good. Not excellent, but not too bad. This second purchase of ribeyes was a shock. They were not at all what we were expecting. After seasoning and grilling the first one and being disappointed, we beat the daylights out of the second one with a eat mallet which didn’t help, it was as bad as the first one.
