Seemed to lack the stuffed portions. Would be nicer with more meat.

Still good just half peppers

The last thing I want to do after shopping and stocking our pantry is to cook. And these peppers are delicious. Oven bake and serve with garlic toast. Eazy peazy (and very little cleanup, a bonus!).

Great hurry up meal for the family in about an hour. Easy directions. All you need to do is add bread and drinks if you want. 8 Peppers well stuffed, makes 2 meals for the 3 of us and it's delicious.

I like the stuffed peppers at Sam's. The pepper is cut longways, making it easier to get a piece of pepper in every bite. The filling of beef, rice, and tomato paste is tasty and well-seasoned.

Always a family favorite

I love these stuffed peppers! The taste is so good. I buy two trays at a time, and then I cook one tray at a time mixing it with the sticky rice also sold by Sam's Club.

What's up with halving the peppers now? Used to be six WHOLE peppers stuffed, now its six halves? And reduced portion for the meat and stuffing. No thanks!
