I used to like these stuff peppers but I stopped buying them because the Sam's club I go to uses a different cheese now and the cheese literally does not melt. It tastes like artificial cheese. I would not recommend waisting your money. It's a shame that I used to like them but they obviously started using cheaper cheese and they do not taste good anymore.

I have purchased these stuffed peppers several times now and I'm always happy with them. The ingredients are very simple and don't have a lot of additives and taste homemade. They have lots of flavor and they cost less than buying the ingredients myself to make them from scratch. I also appreciate that they don't contain wheat-which I can't have. I serve them with a bagged side salad and sometimes garlic bread and it's an easy, no fuss meal that costs less than eating out at a restaurant.

These peppers are the absolute, best other than mine!! LOL Just pop them in the oven 40 minutes with foil 15 minutes without foil, dinner is done!!! Sometimes we sprinkle Parmesan cheese on them and it's really good that way also. But, disappointed you won't be, just try them!!!

This is a fall staple in our home, if you want a cute easy easy halloween treat. carefully empty the bell pepper on a plate, with a paring knife, carive a simple jack o lantern face fill with stuffing, and fresh cheese, cook as directed and put some prego sauce on the bottom of your jack o lantern bell pepper. very very cute.

They are defiantly stuffed peppers if you like to buy something that is supposed to be ground beef and some other things. But they are filled with probably 2/3 rds rice.! Yes you heard me right. They are mostly rice with a little ground meat and you can hardly taste the meat in them. So if you don't mind paying for something and it not have what you paid for go ahead and buy these things. To me it says that Sam's isn't very concerned about quality in there products as long as they make more money. If I was in charge of that area the company who makes them would pull all of them off the shelves!

Bought a tray of stuffed peppers earlier this week. Unlike the photo posted on the Sam's website the six peppers did not even fill the tray. See attached photo. At least 2 inches of the tray is empty. There was also less shredded cheese on the peppers than in the past.

Recipe changed and the sauce doesn't taste the same. As a matter of fact we all got sick.
