I buy the sirloin steak all of the time. These were not good. They were tough, and did not have the quality and taste I am used to. Did you change suppliers?

I bought this for my husband, who is a steak eater, and he loved this meat. I even got some and it was delicious. It was tender and very enjoyable. It was very reasonable considering the quality.

Terribly cut on slants: thin and thick on each piece. Thick un-trimmed fat on several pieces. Weird triangular wedges. These were sold as STEAKS, not trimmings.

Worth it.
