These steaks are always tender. They are great for kebobs and steak bites. I divide the pack into 3 - 2 packs and freeze them. It does not affect the quality or tenderness.

Terribly cut on slants: thin and thick on each piece. Thick un-trimmed fat on several pieces. Weird triangular wedges. These were sold as STEAKS, not trimmings.
