We vacuum pack meats like these in individual packages and they'll stay in top shape for more than a year that way. These make great individual portion steaks to thaw and be readyt for the gripp in no-time

Love these little guys. I’ll smoke on the Traeger for about an hour on looowww, then sear on the gas grill. Sometimes I’ll pan sear, but either way, they have never disappointed!

I've tried a few other options and this fits best for my family. It's just the right thickness for a quick sear and finishing in the oven (sadly no grill at the moment), and it turns out to everyone's liking. Also, for what we get for the price is unbeatable. My boys ask when we are having steak again for dinner!

I'm not suppose to be eating red meat for health reasons, but you make it so doggone appealing that I cannot resist! Every time I thumb my nose up at my doctor, rejecting his orders, I bring home consistently delicious steaks that are outstanding! They look great, are packaged great, and are priced great - can't ask for anything more.

Quality meat tender after using in crockpot for beef stroganoff!!! Used to only use filet mignon but will use this cut of beef too!!! 1/2 price of filet mignon!!!

What I love about these sirloins steaks is the thickness.. most sirloins at other stores are cut thin. These are nice and thick which allows you to grill them just right and not over cook

I buy these because they are lower in saturated fat than ribeye and still tender enough to treat like steak. Always amazes me that Sam's can have the best meat around at almost the lowest price.

Honestly, I am a ribeye girl. However, prices have been kind of insane lately and I needed some good beef. I seared mine and then baked it till it was medium and a portobello mushroom/wine sauce. Next time I will look for some that are cut a little thicker… And I will look for as much marbling as possible. I understand that that can be key to getting the Best cut for the money.

These are hit or miss for us. Sometimes nice and delicious and sometimes not so much and extra chewy. Not expecting ribeye quality but just annoyed that they're not reliable.

These were the worst steaks that I have had in a long time and I was embarrassed to have served them to my dinner guests. I used these for kebabs and many of the chunks were very chewy and some were so stringy and tough that they had just to be thrown away. These were a big waste of money.
