The last two I bought looked great in the window but once I got them home and took them out of the tray, they were very fatty throughout the whole steak. I was very disappointed.

We’ve been spoiled by the best retail steaks my husband and I have bought. We are always disappointed if we get sirloin anywhere else. The quality of the steaks for the price is unbelievable.

This was the first time buying the steaks here. I thought they were tough and even trying them the 2nd time after using a meat tenderizer they were still pretty hard to cut and chew. I was disappointed and won’t be buying steaks there again.

My wife & I purchased a package of these steaks looking for a great steak to grill at home. They hit the mark perfectly & we have purchased more. It is wonderful to find this quality that appears to be consistent.

These steaks are always tender. They are great for kebobs and steak bites. I divide the pack into 3 - 2 packs and freeze them. It does not affect the quality or tenderness.

Best steaks, no gristle. We marinate in water, half beer, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce all day and then cook on the stove with little butter. Its so good!

Thick Cut, last time I bought these they were thinner. I like them either way, but it should be consistent. My daughter hates thick cut steaks but I love them.

This is a usual buy for us, but this last cut were not top sirloin. They were unusually tough and a chewy cut, even after a full day of marinating. Such a disappointment from a better cuts of before!

I like to take these and put them on my slicer and slice them to half the thickness that they are and run them through my tenderizer and make cube steaks out of them. They’re a great sandwich.

four of the six cuts contained copious amounts of white fibrous material. Overall was a low quality cut. I have purchased on multiple other occasions without issue, so it may have just been my luck.
