After only 3 uses we cannot get this thing to keep temperature. I cooked two pork buts on 275 degrees for almost 24 hours and the internal temperature never got above 155 degrees. At that temperature those things should have been finished (205 degrees) in 6-8 hours max! Now i am searching for the receipt. I know several people that have been through Master Built smokers with short life spans. This guys is going to charcoal is never looking back.

Got mine a couple of months ago. Been cooking briskets and they are coming out awesome from what people are telling me. I'm very happy with this smoker.

This is a basic model but works great. Produces lots of smoke and maintains heat setting for me. Food has been great coming out of the smoker.
