Not my first Masterbuilt Smoker. This is the best priced one to date but also with less features. No more blue tooth, no more meat probe and quality seems to be down some on door gasket and door hinges. Don't think these missing features were ever used or ever needed. I don't like the new door gasket as well as the old one. I would like for this one to last longer this time. I've had 4 and each one lasted about 2.5 years. I smoke on average about once a month. Don't know why they can't make one with replaceable parts. Simple!!!

Very easy to use and control the heat level. I smoked four 12lb briskets with no problem and tasted great. I would recommend a cover or store out of the elements. I can for see water getting into the electrical elements and shortening the lifespan. I had a previous model of this smoker as well and it died that way.

This is one great smoker. I have owned several smokers. I still maintain a charcoal/wood chunk smoker and a 12 foot trailer smoker. I was not excited about an electric smoker, but a good friend allowed me to borrow his and try it out. It has become the star of many family get togethers, and will be for most holidays. It is more than worth the money for those that like serving smoked meats and other food products.

had to order it on line as the store did not have any in stock. when it arrived the box was damaged and the door had a dent in the side, I called Masterbuilt and the could not have been an nicer and took care of me. I have used the smoker twice and everything came out tasting grate.

Brought this item for my father for a birthday gift and he absolutely loves it. He enjoys the height, how easy to clean the device is, and the window. The window makes it easy to check on food without disturbing the temperature. thanks Sams for the easy pick up!

Great job packing. Smoker worked three times, including the seasoning stage but now doesn't work. Heating element fails to get hot no matter the setting on control unit. Troubleshot with assistance from Masterbuilt and keeping fingers crossed the element being shipped will work. Will update with results.

Bought this a month ago. I knew it was not the best smoker when I purchased. The thermometer jumps 20-5” degrees within a few seconds and drops back down.

Returned Smoker. They would not exchange it for another one with the sale price.

Material quality not good. Bought 1 5 years ago and loved it. This was suppose to be an upgrade but it is not as good. No Bluetooth, no light, and materials not a heavy duty as the original one I purchased.

when I arrived the smoker, the door was not on it. I assumed it had to be attached in the setup but no, there is a metal pin at top and bottom and the top pin has been pushed inside the door. I got the thing today and just sent email to this vendor. was supposed to be 2 day shipping, got it today, tomorrow would be a week. So far, less than pleased
