Perfect solution for us! I was considering buying this for our new house to consolidate. I like a pot of coffee and my husband love a K-cup. I went visit my folks and they had the same problem but in reverse. I decided to buy one for them while I was there. It was the perfect solution for them! I knew it would be for us too. So far so good! We will have a house full at Christmas so it will get tested! ;-/)

So far no issues. However, Im not sure if its suppose to be 'loud'. Also the box we received did have a box of free coffee k-cups in it- but they had expired October 2022. Other than the machine being loud, great purchase. Just fyi, it has a 'strong' button as well.

We like the coffeemaker but have had a couple issues. After a few pots when pouring the coffee it was leaking horribly. But we discovered if after each pot we wiped the spout it stopped. Also getting it to brew strong on a carafe isn't user friendly.

Great options but pour pot design

I love the versatility of the one cup and whole pot however there is no way to pour coffee out of the pot without spilling it. I have tried everything to prevent it from dribbling as you pour! You have to pour over the sink to prevent making a mess everywhere.

I bought it for my daughter & her family and they all love it! This is something my daughter had wanted but wouldn't buy herself lol. It automatically makes a pot of coffee each morning. Now, that sounds normal for a coffee maker except she makes rather strong coffee. So, for those of us who like milder coffee we use the single serve side! It eliminated having the counter space taken up by having two separate coffee makers and the unit itself looks so great! If you have the same problem my daughter had, don't hesitate, buy this Keurig!!

I have had this product for 2 weeks. I have not been able to mahe a pot or cup of coffee. The display constantly says add water even though the water receptacle is full. Since the display states to add water, it will not allow you to brew. I contacted Keurig customer service and they were unable to solve. I will be returning product to Sam's Club for refund or replacement.

So far I am very happy with this purchase. The price was fair. Their were some isues with the Manufacturer coupons that were enclosed as they were expired. Also the registering of the product had some issues as well. The manufacturer did send new coupons and resolved the registering issues.

I purchased this item online from Sam's Club. When I attempted to set this up for use, it would not work. The display stated to add water, even though the container was full. When it states to add water, it will not allow you to go any further. I could not make coffee. I called customer service at Keurig and they stated they couldn't solve my problem. They stated they would have a technician call me back. As of now I can't use this product. Not real happy
