I love the versatility of the one cup and whole pot however there is no way to pour coffee out of the pot without spilling it. I have tried everything to prevent it from dribbling as you pour! You have to pour over the sink to prevent making a mess everywhere.

Brews well, however two issues. One, the auto function is not so intuitive to use. It took awhile, but I was able to figure it out. Two, when the main warmer auto shuts off after two hours, I can find no way to renew it. I've never had a coffee maker that you couldn't xtend the warmer time.

So far I am very happy with this purchase. The price was fair. Their were some isues with the Manufacturer coupons that were enclosed as they were expired. Also the registering of the product had some issues as well. The manufacturer did send new coupons and resolved the registering issues.

This was the perfect gift for my brother and his wife. They are very much "OLD SCHOOL" . Their preference is stick with what they know and had relied on for decades. However this hybrid is the key to both world's. Just the right appliance we have been waiting for to transition and adopt to K cups.

I purchased the item last June 2024. It's not powering on anymore.
