Love this coffee maker. Works perfectly for our household. I need single cup decaf beverage. And, others want regular coffee by the pot. Great brewing flavor. Fits perfectly on counter. Easy to maintain and clean. We love it . Worth the price of the unit!

I've wanted one of these for a long time. I had a Keurig for single servings and a Bunn for company and they worked fine but they cluttered the counter. Being thrifty I waited until one of them quit working. It works great and I'm very happy with it.

I love this coffe pot. If I want just a cup -I can do the keurig. If I want sevetal cups or have company - I can do the drip pot. So far everything eorks great!

I really wanted to love this coffeemaker and I do love the concept of it! It's a Keurig pod and a coffeemaker with a carafe! But the carafe will NOT keep my coffee hot! I end up putting my coffee in the microwave everyday! Luke warm coffee isn't a great way to start a day but the pod maker is always hot! So disappointed on this great looking coffeemaker!

Love the duo aspect of the coffee maker. Makes delicious coffee. The reservoir is a bit hard to maneuver due to the large space between the grip areas. The carafe has a leak if you if you pour too fast. Neither are deal breakers.

This coffeemaker works very well, however it is not programmable as I thought when I purchased it. You cannot preset the maker to start at a certain time. Every use you must select an option (carafe or single cup) to brew, the amount to brew and strength of brew before starting the brew.

Love this product all but one thing...the power shuts off too fast. It shuts off in about 3 minutes before you make you coffee and you have to turn it back on and wait for it to preheat again. I would like it to stay on longer. Otherwise, we love having the options of a single cup or a pot with only one coffeemaker on the counter.

We got our first duo a year ago for Christmas. Unfortunately it come up with an error code. I did what it said and it worked for a cup or two then died again. I could not do anything to get it going a second time. A lot of money for something that only lasted a little over a year. So I'm giving keurig another try. It's still in the box right now but I'm hoping it will last for years. We only make a couple single cups a day and an occasional pot with guests.

Coffee maker is awesome but the coffee pot is terrible. I can not get a good pour out of the pot, I have to clean up spilled coffee every time and I have tilted and turned the pot to try to reduce the spillage. Please Keurig redesign your pouring spout. I am considering returning for that reason.

I was so excited to get the Keurig duo, had it for one whole week and it wouldn't brew. First the K cup then the carafe.I contacted Keurig, had to go through several steps, but they say they are sending a new one so we'll see how this goes, it's been a week and still no new Keurig duo.
