Coffee maker brews mild temperature coffee as measured by a digital thermometer it is 172 degrees, not 192 degrees as recommended by Keurig. Contacted Keurig and customer service was very responsive and will send another maker.

We like the single cup feature, but the carafe coffee was too weak, even those we chose the BOLD setting. Maybe because it is a basket vs. a cone? Also too complicated to start--in the morning-you need to press one button not 3 or 4!

Poor pot design

The pot is not designed to pour well. It drips alot. The pot has two jobs. 1 catch coffe and 2 pour coffee. Number 2 is a struggle Also i wish i could control the burner. It auto offs then thats it. Cold coffee.

Once the brew is complete the CARAFE button will illuminate RED to signal the heating plate is on. The heating plate will remain on for 2 hours. If the heating plate turns off and you would like to keep it on, press and hold the CARAFE button until it illuminates red. It will remain on for another 2 hours.
