Love this Keurig. It provides me with enough coffee if I have guests or just one cup if it's just me. Very compact and fits perfectly under my cabinets.

I love being able to make a whole pot with fresh beans or a quick single serving . The water reservoir is great . I would have given five stars but wish it had adjustment for keeping pot hotter.

Love the duo but peeved that I had to order a filter for it for $25 with shipping. Every other Keurig I have ever ordered had the filter included. What a rip off. Called the company and they said it was only for certain vendors.

All in one because on the weekend we brew a pot of coffee but during the week only cups of coffee. Space saving and it looks good in my remodeled kitchen.

Coffee maker brews mild temperature coffee as measured by a digital thermometer it is 172 degrees, not 192 degrees as recommended by Keurig. Contacted Keurig and customer service was very responsive and will send another maker.

This was second one bought after returning first one after less than one month of use it stopped working. This Second one lasted a week before it just stopped working. I am returning this one also. Will not get another of the same again

I love the versatility of this machine. I can brew an entire pot, or just a cup at a time! This opens up more options for me to use my specialty coffees, for entertaining, or for brewing a pot of coffee to chill to make iced coffee later. I love it!

Nice machine. It performs exactly as described. Wish it would make a 4 cup carafe. Six cups is the smallest. Otherwise, it works great and can't beat Sam's Club price.

Carafe was worthless. Spilled every pour . Called Keurig new Carafe sent . Problem solved. Good customer service . Machine makes a great pot or cup of coffee .

The pot is not designed to pour well. It drips alot. The pot has two jobs. 1 catch coffe and 2 pour coffee. Number 2 is a struggle Also i wish i could control the burner. It auto offs then thats it. Cold coffee.
