Nice coffee maker. Great for the wife and I teach make it up in the morning. Very handy to make a pot when friends come over. Only problem I've ever had was sometimes plastic parts break.

I love the versatility of this machine. I can brew an entire pot, or just a cup at a time! This opens up more options for me to use my specialty coffees, for entertaining, or for brewing a pot of coffee to chill to make iced coffee later. I love it!

Nice machine. It performs exactly as described. Wish it would make a 4 cup carafe. Six cups is the smallest. Otherwise, it works great and can't beat Sam's Club price.

Carafe was worthless. Spilled every pour . Called Keurig new Carafe sent . Problem solved. Good customer service . Machine makes a great pot or cup of coffee .

The pot is not designed to pour well. It drips alot. The pot has two jobs. 1 catch coffe and 2 pour coffee. Number 2 is a struggle Also i wish i could control the burner. It auto offs then thats it. Cold coffee.

We like the single cup feature, but the carafe coffee was too weak, even those we chose the BOLD setting. Maybe because it is a basket vs. a cone? Also too complicated to start--in the morning-you need to press one button not 3 or 4!

I love the fact that I can make a whole pot of coffee for my husband and myself in the morning and fix just a cup in the afternoon! Coffee isn't wasted when I'm the only one drinking it.

Reservoir requires more water than what's needed for the kkup, so there's water left that needs to be dumped in order to prevent mildew- major design flaw

I love this coffee pot k cup combo. We all get up at different times and it's nice to be able to make a cup instead of a whole pot again. Machine works great but I can't figure out how to program it to brew automatically.

This is my second Keurig. My first was for pods only and we used it often for coffee and hot chocolate. When the K-Duo went on sale I scooped it up because when my daughter visits from Texas she likes to make pots of coffee and we'd always need to pull out our old coffee maker so this Keurig was perfect for us. It works as expected and doesn't take up a lot of counter space. All of us use it and so far it's been great!
