Not how I like to start my day

In looking at all the other reviews, I feel like mine was defective - or maybe I got the dropped return mentioned in another review. 🤔 😕Coffee doesn't get hot. 🥴Doesn't brew a full pot (10ish cups) 😐Can't extend the keep warm feature (which I guess is ok since it doesn't keep it hot) 😵‍💫And then this morning there seemed to be some sort of explosion of the grounds... based on the filter that was not overfilled, did not overflow, and did not have a hole... and yet there were grounds EVERYWHERE inside the filter/grounds area. Tired of being disappointed first thing every morning...

Worst design EVER. Returning 3-days after buying. Nothing to "hold on to" when getting reservoir off machine, filling and returning to base. I rarely "hate" something, but this fits the bill. Going back Pronto on Monday! Would rather perk coffee on stovetop than deal with trying to finagle this piece of wonderful engineering. Do not buy this.

Coffee pot

Love the fact it does the flex brew and the design of it but the pot itself leaks no matter what you do. Half my coffee is on the counter.

Disappointed

Everytime we pour coffee from the pot, it runs down the side of the spout and causes a big mess. It seems to be a design flaw of the spout.

Notorious for pump failures

Pump failed after 1 year. Spoke to others with same problem. Costs too much for that to happening

Thank you for your review Jeff. The K-Duo coffee maker allows you to program the carafe side to brew at a specific time up to 24 hours in advance. Fill the water reservoir to the MAX fill line. Make sure the carafe is on the heating plate. Lift the filter basket cover up and insert a 12 cup paper filter into the filter basket. Add the desired amount of coffee grounds (1 tablespoon per cup is recommended). Close the filter basket cover completely. Press the POWER button. The POD and CARAFE buttons will blink, select CARAFE. Press the AUTO button. Use the H/M buttons to set the time for Auto-Brew to begin, press the blinking BREW button to confirm the time. Next choose the brew size, press the blinking BREW button to confirm the size. The Auto-Brew setup is now complete. A clock icon will appear on the LCD screen and AUTO button will be illuminated to signal AUTO is on. Note: once you have set AUTO you cannot brew a carafe brew, you can only brew a single cup.
