Little Disappointed

I was so excited to get the K-Duo so I could make a full pot or a cup at time. I do love it, but my carafe leaks every time I pour from it. Cleaning up a mess every morning with my cup of coffee is not ideal! I don't know if I got a bad carafe or if they all do this. I love everything else about it!!

Just a bad design

Is the second one I've purchased same problem as the first 1 within 6 months it goes into descale mode and nothing you do none of the tricks can you get it out. It doesn't even run the descale. Also you can't pour a cup of coffee without it spilling it is literally impossible just an all around bad design.

JUNK.

I had bought this unit about 9 months ago now. Right from the start of it being new it proved tobe nothing more then junk - You want to brew a full pot 12 cups it might only brew 3 cups you want 6 cups it might only brew 2 so on so on. On the kcup side it does the same exact thing you push 12 it might give you 8 you push 8 it might give you 12.. Point is this machine has NEVER been accurate and I'm so, so happy that I'm now putting this piece of crap in the trash where it belongs. Save yourself time and buy something else and I would also tell you to stay away from this brand all together - once upon a time they use to make great coffee machines however now days they only make junk..

Missing parts????

Purchased as a Christmas present. wanted to use on Christmas morning, expected to find a couple of filters, water tank filter holder. Therefore could not make a pot of coffee for the family. Requires a short water tank filter also not supplied, had to order to get one (none available at my local Wally World). Also, the pod holder is a single hole punch, we purchased reusable K Cup filters for our older maker that has 5 holes in them, so will have to go and find single hole reusable filters. seems like this was a good deal on sale but missing necessary parts. not very happy.

Quality control horrible. Item arrived damaged.

Coffee maker arrived broken. Box corner crushed. Lid to the coffee pot was cracked and some in center was completely broken off. Called immediately for a return and complete replacement and am still waiting for Sam's Club to contact us to pick up damaged product and to get the new one.

Stained my countertop!

I read the reviews and noticed that some buyers were having issues with the pot leaking. I should have heeded the warning, but I didn't. In the past I've had good luck with Keurig branded machines so I ignored the bad reviews. The leaking is terrible, every time you pour a cup. We have white countertops and the leaking coffee has started staining them. This was not a cheap coffee maker and was basically a waste of money. We have purchased a different brand hoping for a different result. I do want to end on a positive note. Keurig customer service was fantastic. They sent us both a new carafe and a ultimately a new coffee maker. Unfortunately neither fixed the problem. It appears to be a design issue.

Not a very good machine

We bought this coffee maker around 6 months ago. Today, much to my dismay, it would not turn on. We checked the outlet, the plug, etc. There was not reset button on the machine. I will try to return. Also, from the moment we got the machine and tried to pour the first cup of coffee, the carafe leaked/dripped -EVERY TIME we poured a cup.
