K duo

The pot is flawed. You can't pour without spilling. Keurig please test your pot. Other than that we love it!

great concept, poor execution

We purchased this model, as we like morning coffee, and like the convenience of making one cup on occasion. The carafe side worked, but the pod side produced tepid water after only a couple months. Back it went.

Great idea (duo) but needs tweaking

The filter basket is extremely difficult to remove and insert. The water reservoir is in the back- not conducive to having under cabinet. And the worst part for me is that it produces warm coffee when using the single K-cup side. Very disappointed.

Carafe leaks and makes a mess

about a month after buying this the carafe started to leak whenever you pour a cup. keurig support is not helping replace the carafe either. i'll buy a different brand next time.

Love the way it performs for pot and single k cup.

But I don't like is that to use a filter in the water reservoir. You have to purchase it separately. By other wood, it automatically came with it. If this was supposed to I didn't get.

Great concept but needs work!

Coffee carafe leaks when pouring the coffee and having the water reservoir on the back of the machine isn't at all convenient when filling it. Love the double design feature but this model needs work. I sadly am returning mine.

Keurig Duo Coffe Maker

I bought the first one thinking this was a great idea but the Carafe side never worked. I had it replaced and it did not work until I descaled it. Descaling only last about 5 days then it quit working again. Carafe only working while descaling!

This product is junk

Will not pore without spilling all over the place lights on the maker dosen't work all the time ,put it in the garage after 3 days wasn't worth the aggravation. Thanks

Garbage

This thing is horrible. The carafe dribbles coffee everywhere which make this side unusable. So just save the money and get another pod brewer but if you are looking for a coffee maker that will make an entire pot this is not the one. Will be returning mine.

SO SO HAPPY!!!

We found this coffee maker on a great deal after looking at many brands for quite awhile. My husband uses the pods and I like to make tea from tea leaves. It couldn't be simpler to use. You push a few buttons and have options to make 1 cup to 12. I also use the pod side to make a single serve cup of hot water. It always comes out plenty hot. Read some reviews about not being able to pour from the carafe without it so spilling. I haven't had that problem. Haven't lost any tea or coffee to the counter yet. I do wish that my tea could stay warm for a longer period as I drink it off and on all day. We are very happy with this Ninja product along with many other Ninja products that we own.
