My husband is the coffee drinker and we bought this coffee maker and he hates it😬. It wastes coffee and very difficult to add water to reservoir. Only had two weeks and ready to just toss. After having another keurig for many years this is a big disappointment. The recommendation is not to buy this model.

Having bought the machine on a doorbuster special saved a lot of money at Sams. The machine is set up quite well with the craft and single cup options. Both options fill at a good rate. Issues with the coffee maker are it does not fill the craft to the full 12 cup setting and most annoying when I pour the coffee it quite often drips or spills some of the coffee. It may be me, so I am trying to pour slower or at a different angle to see what works. All in all I will continue to use the machine but not over the wall pleased with it.

I'm happy I purchased this coffeemaker. In my opinion nothing beats a Kuerig for single serve coffee, and now it's combined with a traditional brewer. Works great and it takes up less space on the kitchen counter. I would highly recommend this Kuerig combo.

We are in love with this zkeirig K-Duo maker. It was so easy to set up with very simple informative to read directions!! The coffee comes out smooth and delicious. The brewer carafe is so easy to grip and pouring is a breeze with absolutely No messy spills... The k-cup brew tastes fabulous and so many coffee sizes to choose from!! We Absoloutely Love Our Keurig K-Duo maker!!

I don't know if this is typical or if the unit I had was damaged, but that was the loudest coffee pot/k-cup I have ever heard. Not for me. Returned. Also be aware of purchasing returned item (if there's a way to know). The clerk who took my return, picked the box off the counter and from about 5 ft dropped it on the floor. It it wasn't damaged, it should've been after that.

This is perfect. A standard size coffee maker for brewed coffee, especially when you have more guests, with the convenience of a single cup on days when you are enjoying your morning wake up solo! Doesn't take up more room, but twice the convenience. You do have to fill from top, so may have to slide out to fill. I have the room, so not a problem for me.

Brews well, however two issues. One, the auto function is not so intuitive to use. It took awhile, but I was able to figure it out. Two, when the main warmer auto shuts off after two hours, I can find no way to renew it. I've never had a coffee maker that you couldn't xtend the warmer time.

It makes hot coffee. Seems to be a little slower than our old Keurig. The one feature that we don't like is the water reservoir. It is located on the back and is smooth and difficult to remove and replace when full, especially if you're old and have arthritis.

We owned a Keurig and a separate coffee pot. When we downsized, we didn't have as much counter space so purchased this combo machine. Considering it is a dual purpose machine, it has a small footprint and is lower in height than my original single purpose Keurig. It operates differently than just a single serve Keurig machine, so there was a learning curve; but once I got used to it, I really like how it functions. I set the pot to automatically brew at 6 am. After we have used the coffee in pot and want another cup during the day, we use the single serve Keurig. I am very happy with it and have recommended it to friends.

It was easy to order this product. Delivery time was as expected, within a couple days. When I received the product it wouldn't power on. We took it back to Sams and were told that we couldn't return it to the store because it was an online order. This was very disappointing. We are now in the process of trying to replace the product.
