Love it But.....

I love it but I wish you could turn the hot plate on under the pot separately, after the two hour mark. Besides that I love it. I love that I can do a pot or a cup. Also the auto brew is hard to figure out but we googled it and now it works great.

Good machine and Works well

This machine works great. But it is a bit complicated and confusing to set up Auto on the pot and then make it go off each day. You have to manually push the Auto button everyday. Going back and forth between the pot and the k-cup to make coffee is a bit confusing too. My elderly mother now needs help to make coffee everyday. The regular K-cup Keurig machine is straight forward and easier for my elderly mother to use. If the power goes out you have to reset the clock and then set up Auto again, I have to grab the directions each time to figure out how to do it.

Pleasantly Surprised

I didn't need the duo because I was pleased with my Ninja. However the price was right and I did need a Keurig. I read all the reviews and was expecting the worst. However, I have had no issues with the carafe leaking when I pour and both sides make a mighty fine cup of java. I have put my Ninja away and rely solely on the Duo. The only minor issue I have is that the carafe seems rather lukewarm on the firat cup, although it is fine on subsequent cups. So I brew my pot 30 minutes before I need it and it is perfectly heated.

I am not a happy camper

I am not happy with coffee maker. The caraffe leaked from underneath plastic spout and made mess all over counter when pouring. I called keurig and they sent me a new caraffe. It seemed like it was going to be ok, but two days later its leaking like the first one.

Set up is a little tricky.

I like that I can have one cup of coffee in the afternoon but the actual mechanisms to get it running are a little tricky. Not that easy to maneuver. I had to look at the handbook several times. I would like if.. that part was easier, but all in all, I like it and the coffee tastes much better than the cheap 20 dollar coffee makers, once you figure it out.

GOOD & BAD & GOOD

The coffee maker, as a whole, works as it should. I have nothing negative to say about it. However, the carafe leaks around the rim so every time you pour a cup of coffee, it pours on the counter as well. We've had to keep a couple paper towels under the "pour zone". BUT... I did call customer service and they are sending a new carafe, free of charge. 🤞Hopefully🤞 the new one doesn't leak! 🤞

This is a great brewer duo. I gave it to my husband for Valentine's Day because he loves coffee. The speed on both the single cup and the carafe brewing is amazing. Poor pot design

The pot is not designed to pour well. It drips alot. The pot has two jobs. 1 catch coffe and 2 pour coffee. Number 2 is a struggle Also i wish i could control the burner. It auto offs then thats it. Cold coffee.

Once the brew is complete the CARAFE button will illuminate RED to signal the heating plate is on. The heating plate will remain on for 2 hours. If the heating plate turns off and you would like to keep it on, press and hold the CARAFE button until it illuminates red. It will remain on for another 2 hours.
