I absolutely hate this coffee maker and wish I could return it.

makes a quick singe cup, theres more than a couple buttons to push, it may take you a try or two

Carafe leaks when pouring coffee. Replaced 2 times and they all leak. Keurig will not make good on their defective design

Bought this because of the Keurig name. Big disappointment. Carafe leaks. Does not keep the coffee hot. Water tank hard to fill. This one time the dual function idea was a bust.

We've had this almost a year. When we set it to 12 cups we only get 11. When we set it to 10 cups we only get 9. Also like most everyone else the pot leaks when pouring coffee unless you let the coffee trickle out when pouring.

Don't do it. Doesn't brew hot & I cannot put desired amount of coffee in brewing area because it's small & brews over the filter causing grounds in my coffee.

My 12 cup coffee pot leaks bad around the by the black rim where it's attached to the glass. It seems like the more I use it the more it leaks. For the price I'm not impressed

Loved the versatility of brewing a carafe or making a K-cup. I bought the original one that I owned and it only worked 6 months. Keurig replaced it with one that lasted 16 months, so disappointed

The carafe drips. We have tried everything to make this work for several months but we are done. Coffee tastes great but this design flaw is not worth the mess.

The carafe spills, no matter how you pour it. The timer is a little tricky to set. It did take a few tries to figure it out. Other than those issues, we are very happy with it.
