This coffee maker was a Christmas gift and has been used ever day since. It is faster and quieter than my other Keurig Duo and I love the extra setting options.

So far, so good. We've only had this a few weeks and really enjoy the versatility of using the carafe and single brew methods. We haven't had any problems with either method or any equipment failures.

Disappointed with this unit. I wanted the convenience of a single unit This saves space but the coffee isn't as good as my original Kuerig. Debating on returning.

This is the third Keurig coffee maker like this I have purchased. They have all only lasted about a year. If this one craters on me it will be the last Keurig I purchase!!!

The auto shutoff on this coffee pot is annoying. You have to wait for the water to heat each & every time. For this reason, if you plan you using the pod option, I would not recommend.

So far so good! Have used it several times. The only negative is wish it would have came with 1 or 2 coffee filters so we could have used it right away.

horrible brewing/came broken, it was shipped and live far away from Sams club to return. When brewing it gets coffee grounds all over. Very disappointed. K-cup section works just fine.

Very poor features on this product. 5minute time to shut off if not using. Have to power on continuously. Heating element is obviously set for warm not hot temperatures. And no adjustments. Definitely not happy with the product.

Very functional capability in a small footprint. Gives us everything we need, autobrew pot, single cup capability with size and strength selection for both. Just wish there was a stainless pot option.

Absolutely love this! I love that I can make a pot or just a cup. The carafe doesn't spill all over when you pour a cup. I also love that I can make it strong or just regular. This came in handy for the holidays.
