So far, so good. We've only had this a few weeks and really enjoy the versatility of using the carafe and single brew methods. We haven't had any problems with either method or any equipment failures.

Love how quickly it brews, great having option of cup or pot and different cup size options, great that can program to brew. Very happy with this purchase.

This was a gift and it was greatly welcomed. Its nice because its compact for both uses. We go through alot of coffee in our house so looking at getting one for us. We have 2 pots so this compact unit would be vey nice.

Love the concept of the offee pot and single serve, however the coffee pot will not pur without spilling everywhere. Dont know if the design or what. Other than that i like it

Love this, can do a pot for me, or a cup for my husband. Can take pot off while cooking, and pour. We used to have 2 pots, now just one that does what the 2 did before!!

Disappointed with this unit. I wanted the convenience of a single unit This saves space but the coffee isn't as good as my original Kuerig. Debating on returning.

Bought this a Christmas gift for my mom, she loves the versatility of either a full pot of coffee or a single cup. Plus brewing a pot of coffee is very fast and hot!

Very functional capability in a small footprint. Gives us everything we need, autobrew pot, single cup capability with size and strength selection for both. Just wish there was a stainless pot option.

So far im lovingly this machine. One cup for my busy mornings and im out the door or a full pot for weekends when my husband and i are home together.

The only downfall in my opinion is it don't get hot super quick and I wanted it to make less cups of coffee on the coffee pot side. I have really enjoyed having my ground Folgers! Nice change from the k-cup
