Love it. Only thing odd was it did not come with a filter, had to purchase separately. However, the Keurig itself is perfect.

The only downfall in my opinion is it don't get hot super quick and I wanted it to make less cups of coffee on the coffee pot side. I have really enjoyed having my ground Folgers! Nice change from the k-cup

Was very disappointed with this Keurig. The pod side always gets grounds in my coffee. I tried the pre filled pods and filling my own pods using filters. Coffee grounds get everywhere. The pot side works fine.

Didn't have any in the store so I had to have it shipped. It took a few days to finally get it. Like a day later, I saw a bunch of them on the shelf at Walmart $20 cheaper!

This coffee machine is excellent! I had bought a couple of other brands that were not very good. This Keurig machine makes the coffee fast wether it the one cupper or a pot! Highly recommend.

So far so good! Have used it several times. The only negative is wish it would have came with 1 or 2 coffee filters so we could have used it right away.

The auto shutoff on this coffee pot is annoying. You have to wait for the water to heat each & every time. For this reason, if you plan you using the pod option, I would not recommend.

We found this on sale at Sam's Club which was perfect timing because we needed a new one. And we really wanted to do both, make a pot sometimes or just have a single.

So far, so good. We've only had this a few weeks and really enjoy the versatility of using the carafe and single brew methods. We haven't had any problems with either method or any equipment failures.

Love it so far. My mother in law has an earlier model that's cumbersome to use the filter basket. This model is redesigned and it's great. Kids also use the k-cup hot water to make their noodle cups.
