It's a great coffee maker….both Kcup and carafe. HOWEVER, it is IMPOSSIBLE to POUR a cup of coffee out of the carafe WITHOUT it LEAKING.

Didn't have any in the store so I had to have it shipped. It took a few days to finally get it. Like a day later, I saw a bunch of them on the shelf at Walmart $20 cheaper!

The only downfall in my opinion is it don't get hot super quick and I wanted it to make less cups of coffee on the coffee pot side. I have really enjoyed having my ground Folgers! Nice change from the k-cup

I don't know why i waited so long to buy this. I love brewed coffee but dont always want a to set up another pot to enjoy. Now i can get one cup at night while the coffee maker is set up to auto brew in the morning.

This coffee machine is excellent! I had bought a couple of other brands that were not very good. This Keurig machine makes the coffee fast wether it the one cupper or a pot! Highly recommend.

We're enjoying our new coffee maker, the coffee is amazing. Haven't had a crowd yet to use the pot but glad to have it because we didn't have that option on our old one!!

So far so good! Glad to have a coffee maker with a hot plate that keeps coffee hot. Can also use as a single serve unit for days when you only need a cup

Love it so far. My mother in law has an earlier model that's cumbersome to use the filter basket. This model is redesigned and it's great. Kids also use the k-cup hot water to make their noodle cups.

Was very disappointed with this Keurig. The pod side always gets grounds in my coffee. I tried the pre filled pods and filling my own pods using filters. Coffee grounds get everywhere. The pot side works fine.

We found this on sale at Sam's Club which was perfect timing because we needed a new one. And we really wanted to do both, make a pot sometimes or just have a single.
