I bought prime Trimmed Brisket and it wasn't trimmed. I probably cut 5lbs of fat off before I could smoke it

Dissatisfied

We paid for good meat and it was mostly fat.

Purchasing the wholesale case was cost efficient and convenient for our large event.

We received 4 briskets in our box that says prime trimmed brisket. However there was still thick layer of fat on each brisket over all we had roughly 35% fat of the 58lbs we paid for. The points on these were very filled with fat.

Sure seems like a great value

Too much fat. Briskets way too large.
