Trimmed well, good quality, and smoked beautifully

Too much fat waste, by the time I was done trimming it was half the size.

The pack I received has at least 50% fat. I am so disappointed with the quality. Won't buy again. Just waste of money.

I’m sorry to say that the trimmed brisket wasn’t worth the extra money versus the reg brisket that I usually purchase. I still had a lot of waist to trim away. I purchase a case a week and 2 cases of pork butts and 2 cases of ribs.

My husband loves to smoke brisket in the summer and being able to get a whole case is awesome.

spent 116.00 %26 cut off 7lbs of fat! buying local next year.

Good meat but definitely not trimmed at all.

I think beef prices are over inflated
