Meat was good but literally half fat. Almost the entire point was fat.

we just made one last week, it was Amazing, going to get another an put on the Smoker, love Sam's Meats

I generally buy 14 to 16 pound briskets and I've bought my share of them some choice and some prime. The choice seemed to have more fat content than the prime. I had to return one choice brisket due to over half of it in weight was fat.

WHAT AN OVERSIGHT BY SAMS CLUB! Medium rare is 130-135. Medium is 140-145. Well done is 160. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A CHART GO TO 170, THAT'S A HOCKEY PUCK
