we just made one last week, it was Amazing, going to get another an put on the Smoker, love Sam's Meats

The pack I received has at least 50% fat. I am so disappointed with the quality. Won't buy again. Just waste of money.

I bought prime Trimmed Brisket and it wasn't trimmed. I probably cut 5lbs of fat off before I could smoke it

Too much fat waste, by the time I was done trimming it was half the size.
