Terrible product, SAM's sell crap from another company and then does nothing to helps its members. the Company that sells this is either out of business or doesnt care about its customers either. I call and the system hangs up on you. sent emails and no response. this product died after 8 months of use and about 2 times a month. do the math. Don't buy anything from Sam's or This CO if I knew who they were would add that but nothing on any of the literature.

Waited to use it a few months before giving review to see how it would last. Well, it didn’t last but 2-3 months. Worked pretty decent when it did work. Would pick up debris and even the small stuff with the attachment, but then one day, while it was charging, it just turned on and couldn’t be shut off. I threw it in pool to let it eun down but it wouldn’t even move, so tried that twice and will now toss it.

This is a decent pool cleaner for the price. Since it is cordless, I don’t need to worry about the tangling power cord. After charging, it can last for around 4 hours which is above my expectation. It picks up small debris and leaves with no issue. So far I love this cleaner. I’ll see how long it will last.

This product is crap. When you put it in the water it want move. This robit has been used about 4 times. The number and email on the box is not any good. You call Sam's and they are not any help they said that they discontinued it and can't help me. This was wasted money.

Until I bought this vacuum, the bottom of the pool always looked a little dirty. Now it's clean -- and I didn't have to do any work. All I have to do it charge it and drop it in the pool. It does the cleaning for me.

Wouldn't climb side of pool but more important used it 3 times and it completely died. Dead, wont charge, no lights come on, total piece of junk. Back to my Polaris.

Glad purchase this product, love how easy and convenience for use since it is cordless. Works well for my pool so far and the battery life last for a long time . Loved

Quit working and can’t get anyone from the customer service to respond to my emails or get them on the phone. It’s only been used 1 season and doesn’t work when I’m the water!

The cordless robotic pool cleaner is lightweight when it is empty thus easy to carry around if in need. It literally no need to assemble. I just plugged in get it fully charged, and let it go to the pool to do it’s work. It runs pretty fast on the flat bottom and stops when approaching the wall. It can hardly climb the wall but works great on the floor.

I see that it’s much cheaper and might be worth new price, but at 399 it barley lasted over summer. Did work no issues but slowly fell apart. Front wheels were flattened the cover for charger disintegrated, no replacement filter media. Rubber on tires was almost bald. Great idea but needs some work.
